Alessandra’s thirst for knowledge began at a very young age.
Leaving home at the age of 19 to study in the Netherlands, a country she had never been to, cultural exchange and communication became a necessary ingredient for positive assimilation.

After graduating, she took off to travel the world starting from the west through the Americas all the way to South East Asia. Confronted with the different realities people face, she decided it was time to try and understand why countries work the way they do and the history behind it all.

Yoga has been a part of Alessandra’s life for more than a decade, but it didn’t start with rainbows and butterflies. Her godmother, an avid yogi and health fanatic, forced Alessandra to join her in her daily 5 AM yoga classes. Being a grumpy 13-year-old, she initially hated it, but she grew to love it and has since then integrated it into her lifestyle, balancing health and knowledge while she continues her journey through the world.
