Elisha believes that life is far too short, and there is too much she still has to learn.
She completed her Bachelor of Arts at the University of the Western Cape, majoring in English and Psychology, with a minor in Classical Cultures. She is currently working towards an Honours in Ancient Cultures at Stellenbosch University.
As a student fascinated by human creativity, she finds herself drawn to the arts. She loves learning new skills, resulting in a large collection of hobbies in constant rotation.
Since she was young, she’s always had a passion for storytelling. These evolved into a passion for literature, theatre, folklore and mythology. So you can likely find her reading the latest YA novel, watching a theatre production, or researching a culture that piqued her interest.
Self-care has also become a necessity in her life. While dealing with mental health issues, she has come to find joy in the small things. Whether it’s doing your own nails, going on a walk, or even applying makeup.
Not wanting a second to be wasted, she’s constantly on the move. When she’s working, there’s always a podcast on in the background. If she’s watching a movie, you can be sure she’s doodling in her bullet journal or busy with her latest craft project.
