ABOUT US
Turning Passion into Profit
I’ve used so many writers on all my blogs and the one thing that I can say about working with great writers that I found is that they can write about anything!
But my experience led me down a different path and I found the missing ingredient to turning great articles into masterpieces. PASSION. Using writers only for topics that they are passionate about has taken my blogs to another level and I am excited to finally share my experience and team of amazing writers and all their passions with all of you.
We don’t just write blog posts, we make them come ALIVE!
Something happens when you give people the chance to write about
the things that they are passionate about… The posts come alive
and connect with people in so many ways that it’s almost magical!

“Don’t write what you know — what you know may bore you, and thus bore your readers. Write about what interests you — and interests you deeply — and your readers will catch fire at your words.”

FAQ
Got some questions about our service or passion?
Browse the below section for some clarifications on the most frequently asked question we receive from our clients.
If you have any further questions, feel free to leave us a message and we’ll be happy to answer them for you.
What’s the difference between a Response and Staple Post?
A response post is a post of around 1000-1250 words, usually answering a basic long tail query. If you have a gardening blog, it’ll be something like: “Can you propagate roses from cut flowers?”
Generally, response posts are perfect for low competition, long tail queries. We cover the query in as much detail as possible while staying on topic, and also cover some relevant adjacent search terms or queries that fit together with or support the main query.
A staple post is a post of around 2000-2500 words, usually targeting a more competitive topic or search query that require a more in-depth and comprehensive resource to cover. These are also great for list posts (xx best flowers to plant in summer), how-to posts (how to clone the top of a plant in xx steps), general review or round up posts (xx beat fertilizers for your garden – or – roses vs tulips: how to choose the right one for your garden)
We also have staple+ posts, which are normally around 3000-3500 words, covering a massive topic that needs more information than a staple post. But the basic premise is the same as a staple post. Think of “How to start a rose garden: The complete beginners guide”.
When buying a big pack, can I change the number of response and staple posts, or is it fixed? For example, can I get only response posts?
If you buy one of the bigger packs (50k words, 100k words, 150k words, 200k words), you can divide the word count into any number of posts you want by following the maximum word count in the respective ranges
So when calculating them as part of the packs, we use the highest number in the range for each post.
- Mini Response posts (500-600 words) – Calculated on 600 words
- Response posts (1000-1250 words) – Calculated on 1250 words
- Mini Staple posts (1500-1750 words) – Calculated on 1750 words
- Staple posts (2000-2500 words) – Calculated on 2500 words
- Staple+ posts (3000-3500 words) – Calculated on 3500 words
So if you want only response posts on a 50k words pack, simply divide 50,000 / 1250, and you can get 40 response posts in that pack.
How long does it take for posts to be written after placing an order?
There’s a 1-2 week lead time on all orders to get everything set up in our system and assigned to the right writers. After that, it depends on the niche and how many writers we have available that can write on your specific topics.
In the majority of cases, we can usually deliver 1-2 posts per writer per week on any project. On average (for common niches) we can deliver 5-10 posts per week, sometimes more if it’s a bigger order.
More specific niches where we don’t have many writers who can write well on the topics, it’ll obviously take a bit longer.
How do you want the project document formatted? Can you work with only a keyword provided or do you need an outline?
We don’t have a specific format, but usually only the titles of the posts are fine. If you want to provide further instructions/outlines or sub heading suggestions, that usually helps the writers a bit, but we’re just fine with the title only.
Do you deliver the whole order at once after completion or do you send the articles as they are completed?
After placing the order, you will be added to our project management system where you can track the progress of the project and get the posts as they are completed, daily, weekly or whichever way you prefer.
The project will also be assigned a dedicated project manager that will get in touch with you after placing the order, who will be there to ensure the posts that are delivered are up to standard, answer any questions you may have, deal with any revision requests, etc.
The task list in CLOE shows XX finished tasks, but in the “FINAL” folder there’s only XX. How and when do I get the rest of the completed articles?
The posts that have been completed will first be checked by the project manager on the project to make sure they are up to standard before placing them in the final folder.
This usually doesn’t take long, unless the project manager request a revision from the writer.
If you have any doubt about outstanding articles, simply get in touch with the PM and they will be able to update you.
