Peter is a retired family man and father that believes in the motto – you’re never too old to learn.
He has been a chef for the past forty odd years, and for the last twenty of those years, he has cooked exclusively for children.
Understanding what foods a growing child needs, developed into a personal study of why fresh and natural foods are so important. He loves doing research into anything that relates to natural health and healing, and why super-foods are so important to ones’ wellbeing.
He also loves to read and write short stories and have had a few published.
Music is also an important part of his life. His taste can alternate between hard rock and classical, depending on his mood.
If he is not at his desk, you’ll find him in the garden among the herbs and trees, or playing with their animals, or out with his wife at a mall enjoying a cup of coffee and slice of cake.
In the evenings he sometimes enjoys watching a series or movie.
