About Shikara
Born and raised in South Africa to an Italian mother and Lebanese father, Shikara learned the importance of living life to the fullest from a very young age.
Her heritage and love for cooking and baking have offered her the opportunity to acquire a wide range of culinary skills throughout her life.
In her spare time, Shikara collects vinyl records, CDs, and cassette tapes. In addition to listening to current music, she enjoys music from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s. A quote from Bob Marley that inspires her love for living life to the fullest:
