Silke is a pharmacy student who is passionate about the world of wellness.
Nutritious meals, beachside jogs, and meditation are requisites for her day.
Growing up in South Africa exposed Silke to the healthcare crisis in her country, which inspired her to pursue a degree in pharmacy. She is currently in her penultimate year of study and spending long hours in government clinics to complete her training.
Her hometown, a small coastal city in South Africa, offers her much adventure. Warm weather welcomes hikes, sea swims, and beers around a bonfire. Her camera accompanies every expedition.
The moment Silke was old enough to hold a pencil, she has been a self-proclaimed patron of the arts. Contemporary art and photography hold a special place in her heart. Whether she is creating or admiring masterpieces, Silke is happiest in front of a canvas.
