For events and tournaments, we recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance to lock in crew and planning. For full season or campaign content, starting 4 to 6 weeks ahead gives us time to align on storylines, schedules, and key milestones. If you have a last minute need, reach out anyway and we will do our best to make it work.

You do not need a perfect brief. Many clients only know that they “need better content” or “something for social” and that is enough to start. Yes, most of our shoots are hybrid. We usually design the schedule so we can capture both video and stills without slowing down your operations or repeating setups. You get a mix of assets from one investment, which makes your content more flexible across platforms and timelines.

Turnaround time depends on project size, but for typical shoots, edited photos are usually ready within 5 to 7 working days, and videos within 7 to 14 working days. For urgent promo needs, we can prioritise a few key edits earlier, as long as that is agreed during planning.

Absolutely. Short form vertical content is a big part of our sports work. We shoot and frame with these platforms in mind, then deliver multiple short edits formatted and optimised for quick posting and paid promotion, including captions, hooks, and on screen text as needed.

What do we need to prepare before the shoot day?

Yes. Because we are a full service agency, we can plug your new photos and videos into your website, social media calendar, digital ads, email campaigns, and sponsorship presentations. If you already have an in house marketing team, we can simply supply organised assets and guidelines that make their work easier.

We are based in the UAE but support clients in other markets as well. For brands outside our immediate area, we can travel for key projects or collaborate with trusted local crews using our strategy and direction.
