His uniquely crafted skill set enabled him to thrive in the industries of hospitality, customer service, and graphic design. Mark has had three years of experience in the creativity-driven environment of graphic design and eight years in hospitality. He had his humble start as a waiter and then moved on to becoming a mixologist after finally achieving the general manager position during his career.
Mark has an avid interest in the latest food fads (a Foodie for life), and his ability to cook a mouth-watering meal is rarely rivaled! He also has an innate ability to work with and understand technology. He always was the go-to person in the family for anything IT-related or those who find themselves technologically challenged.
